O Festival Read On é uma iniciativa organizada pela Câmara Municipal de Almada em parceria com o Agrupamento de Escolas Carlos Gargaté, que tem como principal objetivo a promoção e a divulgação do gosto da leitura junto do público juvenil e jovem adulto, embora seja também aberto a todas as pessoas que partilham a paixão pelos livros, oferecendo iniciativas para todos os públicos.

Na sua 6ª edição, a decorrer de 8 a 17 de maio, o festival contará com: Banda Desenhada; Música; Dança; Ilustração; Livros Pop-Up; Booktokers; Workshops; Encontros com Escritores; Culinária; Multimédia; Cosplay; Poetry Slam e muita animação.
